Success fees (qualified leads): €7K billed on a first deal and €80K currently under commercialization (EOL warehouse mandate). Baseline: 15–20% of broker’s net fees (3 partner brokers to date).

We reduce friction with in-product actions (create a lead, push to CRM, generate PDF studies) and shorten time-to-value (TTV) for brokers and asset managers.

With tertiary transaction volumes dropping since 2021, brokers and RE funds are now seeking data-driven, low-risk methods.
Our success-based model and AI agents bring qualified pipeline without upfront CAPEX for clients.
